Questions
Questions about Water Wells
Can several donors fund one well?
Yes. Share campaigns split a well into shares, so several donors can fund one well, or one donor can fund several. Each donor is linked to the well they paid for.
How do we track maintenance and water quality?
Maintenance jobs and water quality tests are recorded against each well, and alerts warn you when a well needs attention. Field teams attach photos and updates from the ground.
Can donors see the well they funded?
Yes. Each well can have a public page, and when a well is handed over to its community, everyone who funded it receives a certificate by email in their own language.
