Zohanex is a fundraising CRM for charities and NGOs. It covers donors, campaigns and donation forms, recurring giving, receipts and finance. It also runs field programmes: water wells, orphan care and Qurbani, plus the events, volunteers and programmes around them.

Sign up with your organisation name and email, activate your account from the link we send, and you get every module for 14 days. No credit card is required.

You connect your own Stripe account. Donors pay by card, SEPA Direct Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, Przelewy24 or Klarna, and the money goes straight to your organisation. You can also record cash and offline gifts.

Yes. The import wizard reads CSV and Excel files, shows you a sample layout to follow, and keeps a history of every import so you can check what was created.

Yes. Donors sign in to the donor portal with a code sent by email, with no password needed. There they can see their donations and receipts, manage recurring gifts and payment methods, and update their details.

Yes. Events hold participants, waitlists, volunteer shifts, tasks, attendance, messages and feedback. Volunteers have a register with skills, availability and documents, check in by QR code, and their hours are counted from check-in to check-out. Programmes tie events, volunteers, beneficiaries, milestones and budget together for a season of work.

The app is available in English and German, and receipts go out in each donor’s language. Donations can be taken in EUR, USD, GBP and INR.

Team logins use a two-step email code, each teammate only sees the modules you give them, and an audit history records security and critical events. Donors can export their data or ask for it to be erased.

Yes. Start on the trial, choose Silver or Gold when you are ready, and move up to Gold when you add programmes such as water wells, orphan care or Qurbani, or start managing events and volunteers.
